AGREE with Tilit; Where I live we don't normally get the Pack on Sundays. We were stuck with Bears and Cardnials, the Bears stunk it up so bad they switched to the Pack game. OMG the second half hurt so bad. Our boy Rogers will never get call for intentional grounding that's the good news, the bad is he's spending more time in the sack than a pron queen. thanks TT this team is just what you made it a bunch of good parts but no soul and deffinatly no TEAM, out.

Great point Stevegoat, who will be interested in coming to GB? How long will they need to undo all the weaknesses and build them back up? It doesn't seem like a real attractive challenge...

Hands down the best article this website has posted yet! I am done talking about the Favre/Packer saga. Don't care as I am more than confident that Favre, regardless of the details, moved in the right direction. Put any QB in this Packer system and there is NO WAY to succeed, the problems are so far beyond who is behind center. If they don't figure this out by the 2010 season, guess what folks, A-Rodg will not want to play for this team either!

I question if they will even fire these guys. It seems that, except for Ray Rhodes, Packer Mangement has taken forever to fire people.

I havent even seen Mark Murphy let alone heard him speak. Is he on board with this current regime? Is he part of it? Does he need to go as well?

I wonder if Cowher, Gruden, etc would even come here. There are going to be tons of openings and The Packers would need to sell this big time. We have some young talent......some, but not much.

AND WHAT THE HECK IS JARRED BUSH DOING ON THE FIELD.....EVER? This dude has been terrible forever. He stinks.

Yes, you are correct in about everything you say. I wasnt even planning on watching this game. I figured it was nice out and I could get some stuff done outside and just check in and out on the game expecting it to be a blow out. Just pathetic. It would take a novel to look at all of the problems this team has. I said in the preseason that this team does not have a true leader (or too few) and that will hurt them. Driver, Woodson....cant think of anyone else. Also, there was way too much preseason hype and I really think that being a young, inexperienced team that got in their head and they thought they were just going to blow teams out with this high powered offense. They honestly do not have one good thing going right now. The defense is struggling, Special Teams has been horrible (even kicking game), The supposedly great secondary is not very good, linebackers sucks with the exception of Matthews, Running game sucks (it wouldnt suck if they knew how to use it, they could have pounded the crap out of the running game in this one)....Coaching is terrible, offensive line sucks, defensive line sucks. I know we have said this before but what happened to screen plays, 5-7 yard slants, hell even 2-4 yard slants. quick hit plays. way too focused on the long ball, etc. I know sacks has been a problem but there are ways to get around that and still have some success.

P.S....Rodgers made a comment last week that being sacked really doesnt disrupt their rhythm and what they are trying to do. WELL, yesterday was the first time they had a drive for a TD where there was a sack on that possession....

I dont know if it can really get any worse than being beat by a team that had no wins and was starting a true rookie QB in his first NFL game ever.

Actually it will get worse. they now have Dallas, San Fran, at Detroit, Baltimore, at Chicago, at Pitt, seattle and at arizona.

The easy part of the schedule is complete and remembering back to the preseason when I looked at the schedule I thought they would have been sitting at 5-3 possible 6-2 right now, and finish 9-7. Now they are 4-4 and will be very lucky to finish 8-8. I predict another 6-10 season, most likely 7-9.

P.S I didnt mention Favre once.
