That’s the feeling we got when we saw Judas in the Vikings jersey.  And we guess we never realized just how much they talk about him.   They talk about him on the sidelines, when he hands off, when he throws a screen.  It’s almost creepy.  When he was one of us… it was freakin’ awesome.  Now it is like doing a shot of bad skotch.  Pine needles exploding in my mouth. 

It also was kind of like being in a relationship that went wrong.  You walk into the bar/club with no care in the world and you see your ex on the dance floor with their tongue down somebody’s throat.  You know that gut wrenching hurt in your stomach, and you don’t know what to do, feeling?  Yep, had it last night.  But yet you keep staring and hoping it will go away but it won’t.  ever.  

 Brett Favre and Childress then would be grinding on the dance floor in my analogy?  Sure, if that makes you smile.

You think it’s going to be a little crazy November 1?  If I were you, I would buy a Judas t-shirt and get ready. 

Anyways, the dilrod played good, Vikings look good/great.  Makes me sick.   The season is very long and hasn’t even started yet, so maybe the meltdown is coming.  Kind of like eating some pizza, the taste of that bad shot goes away.

Amid mounting evidence that Brett Favre is interested in playing football if he can find a way to shorten the season as it applies to him, there are some in the Vikings organization who are convinced that Favre will attempt to join the team after the first two weeks of training camp.

And that coach Brad Childress will welcome him with open arms. 

This conflicts with the notion, as Tom Curran reported yesterday, that the Vikings have closed the door on Favre.  But the reaction of the team in the immediate wake of Favre’s announcement and its atttiude after 14 days of bounce passes and pickoffs could be very different.

So, basically, he isn’t going away quietly, and he simply isn’t going away.
***** So Favre Freaks, quit sending us e-mails (although we love you too) that we are morally corrupting the internet.  (Yes, somebody really sent us that.)   Anyways, we are still in business folks, so buy the shirt baby!  Buy the shirt.  If you look at my past blogs, I wrote TWICE that he will SIGN AUGUST 12TH… WATCH IT HAPPEN…YOU JUST WATCH… then get your popcorn ready!
