Mr. Robertson: “cashing in on Favre any thing for a buck.”

My reply: Yes, that IS EXACTLY what we are doing as fans. 16 years Brett cashed in on our money and soul… payback is a *itch. This shirt is a symbol of what is wrong…steroids, dog fighting, lying, manipulating, cheating, “it’s not about the money, when it is”, retiring then unretiring just to get the Pack back! As fans we are ALWAYS suppossed to get over it. We will NOT GET OVER IT. WE WILL WEAR OUR JUDASFAVRE.COM shirts as a statement to what is right with this country, not what is wrong. Order with pride!

Waaaahhhh! You sound like some jilted lover pissing & moaning in your beer. Pathetic. Grow up!

    Hey, Jon Robertson:

If your grasp of spelling is any indication, your 3rd grade English teacher has a 3:00pm appointment with a firing squad. Don’t think too deeply about that statement, as I don’t want you rupturing anything you might need in your career as a crossing guard.

judas did what jesus wanted him to do so what is the shirt saying!?!?!?!

Get your heads on straight & wake up. Brett Favre can go & do what he wants. He gave the Packers 16 years of himself . What are you so upset about? Management got rid of him. If he goes with the Vikings, more power to him. Are you afraid the Vikings will take the Packers down? It doesn’t take much to do that does it? I have been a Favre fan & started watching football when he started playing. I will always respect Brett Favre wherever he goes. I did with the Jets & I will with the Vikings. All you people are , are a bunch of jealous idiots. Scared huh,
Your T-shirts are a sickening & disgusting sight. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You don’t have the sense to be ashamed of yourselves. None of you Brett haters do. He did everything & everything for Greenbay. Leave him alone!!!

I live in Wisconsin (Milwaukee area)… I have all my life (48 years)… I’m not a Packer fan (Dallas Cowboys since the early 70’s)… I do have to admit that it was entertaining to watch Bret Favre. At one time, he was the best. Not being a Packer fan I think that I can be a little more objective about the Bret Favre situation. I don’t think that it was fair to the Packer organization in his final few years with them to play the “I may retire”… “No, I want to play”… game. I also don’t think that it was fair to the fans who are the ultimate customers of the NFL. It was even more unfair when he did announce his retirement in early 2008, and then to have the public charade that took place during training camp of that year although I feel that at least part of the blame belongs to the Packers for that issue. The whole situation was very, very UGLY! In my opinion, Favre’s choice to play for the Jet’s was no big deal. If he were to decide to retire for good after a disastrous year with the Jet’s then fine. To court the Vikings after seeking his release from the Jet’s is unforgivable. If the rumors are true that he alienates himself from the team, then he is nothing more than a hypocrite. Years ago he would come out publicly and ridicule players who were involved in contract disagreements because it wasn’t fair to the team. My final judgment of Favre is JUDAS! I’m really surprise that only 90 shirts have been sold so far. I would have thought that the number would be in the thousands. I’m sure that as the first Green Bay, Minnesota meeting takes place, business will pick up drastically.

Virgie ? Waaaaaaaaa. LOL Maybe Jon Robertson will let you borrow his dictionary. Then you can look up the word “retire”…as in “I’m retiring”. Lord knows you should be familiar with the phrase. It was trotted out enough by Favre. In case you’re incapable of using a dictionary, let me help you out. Retiring is quitting. It means “I’m taking my ball and going home”. NO ONE here “got rid of him”. He sat in front of TV cameras, cried like a 3 year old girl…and quit. I adored the ATHLETE who played for the Packers. I pity and make fun of the “man” (using that word VERY loosely) who can’t make up his mind or stay true to his word. I’m over him. In a BIG assed way.

  • Echo

PS, Virgie ? You can love on him all you want. Trust me…he’ll never be interested in you. You’re sounding more than a wee bit “grade school crush”-y. Kinda creepy for a grown woman. *shudder*

  • Rachel

Virgie is right on. This “Judas Favre” crap is just that: CRAP! The rest of you need to get a life!

If Favre still wanted to play, that was his right. After all he did for Green Bay, they should have let him play another year if he wanted to; thats the LEAST they could have, and should have done.

Since they wouldn’t let him, he had every right to go and play for any team he wanted to. Any of the rest of you in the same position would have done the same thing, whether you admit it or not.

You people are just plain NUTS!

  • Rachel

Oh yeah, and you’re shirts are gay!

  • Corey

You guys are fucken morons!! Who the fuck would buy that shit. Probably some drunk loser pissing in a sink in green fag.

  • DJ

Hey Favre camp, He was asked to compete agianst Rodgers for the position, he declined and asked to be traded, so your spew against management does’nt fly.
As far as the shirt, it made me chuckle, just like some of you Favre trolls.

  • DJ

Hey Bro, Chill, I hear ya, but what you need to do, is make sure he never returns to G B as a Packer, his legacy is gone as a Packer, lethim retire as a queen, he’s not a Packer!

  • cc

ADMIN: The KillFavre comment is just absolutely stupid and should be removed immediately.
DJ, yep, Favre is not a Packer and I’m not sure why he would want to be! And WHEN are you morons going to realize an NFL player does not go into the Hall of Fame as anything other than himself. An affiliation with any team is NOT acknowledged in the induction or in the Hall. Brett Favre WILL enter the Hall as Brett Favre the QB and nothing else. Seems appropriate to me.
In two games, 41-59 for 515yards, 7tds and 0ints… Unreal, Pack fans it’s time to move on and be critical of your lackluster organization that continues to represent its weaknesses over and over. Welcome to reality.
