LEGACY RUINED

Imagine the legacy of Bird if he would of went to the Lakers “to get back” at the Celtics.  Bird_Magic

And Magic with the Celtics?   Well that doesn’t even sound right.  I bet plenty of Lakers fans would of been done with the Magic Man if he schemed his way to get there.

Just sayin’.

After reading Whitlock’s MSN column on the Favre saga and the pages and pages of comments, the “legacy ruined” campaign will ultimately be celebrated by a very small group of TT lovers and a few remaining Favre haters. The Favre hating is just simply not some Nation wide phenomenon, sorry.

Imagine if you ran a Hall of Fame QB out of town and then you get stuck with a guy who couldnt beat USC in college and then lost TWICE to “washed up ex-qb” and follows that up with a loss and 3 picks against a winless team wearing jerseys from when they were the worst football team of all time….
    Just sayin’…

    D,

Did the HOF QB, that you still worship, ever throw 3 picks and lose to an inferior team? Just sayin’.

STFU about Favre, really. He didnt want to be here…..let it go. The Packers’ problems are much much deeper than QB. Favre, Montana and Elway couldnt save this team playing beind that line. Rodgers had a bad game and holds the ball too long, but thats the least of my worries.

The college reference is just dumb, really, it is. Your HOF QB was on such a lame team that they werent even allowed to play the likes of USC.

Favre has moved on, the Favre haters have started to move on……why dont you? No matter what happens he is gone and gone for good. Am I going to have to listen to $hit like yours for the rest of my Green Bay Packer watching life? Every time they lose am I going to have to hear about Favre? Its not Rodgers’ fault, its not McCarthy’s fault, its not the fans’ fault. Its between Teddy T and Favre. So unless you are them, STFU.

    Goat
You said it right, we’ve moved on, they can’t (farve drolls) I have, we have.
They just can’t handle that brent F up his legacy. oh well! hahahaha

After today, I would think a lot of people will “move on.” Today’s loss has not much of anything to do with Brett Favre, so DJ, on a day where Favre did not even play and the Pack lose in the fashion they did against a rookie head coach and a first time starting QB, why do you bother to discuss “Favre drolls”? Time and time again I beg to discuss the failures of this team and its management and you continue to talk about Favre and his followers. Favre CLEARLY moved on for good reasons and he was obviously right to do so no matter what the circumstances were. I don’t even know where to start with today since it was a very defining loss in every facet of the game. This site has continuously referred to the Favre/TT saga as a “break up” or “divorce”. After today, for those that have not done so already, I can imagine many folks will be serving papers to the Packer front office requesting a “divorce” from this team until someone comes to town that has an idea of what the hell is going on…

  • Stevegoat

    CC,

I am on that wagon. Serve those papers. This regime has no idea what the f is going on. O-Line is a joke, defense is terrible. A ROOKIE QB torched them. I could go on and on.

Part of me feels foolish for sticking up for them.

There is talent on this team and enough that a coach, who could actually “get it cleaned up” could get off to a fast start. There are also HUGE holes, that a good GM could recognize.

Time to clear it out. Heads better roll.

mmmmmmmmm, If you look at the artical above, ahummm, sez legacy ruined !

You need to read before you? aahhh never mind.

  • "Change we can believe in"

    another brilliant comment by DJ

    Change
As allways, no brilliant comment by you, Surprise! TV annoucers say that farve is the mvp, wow, the queen has said it’s the most talented team he’s played on, and I might agree, way to much talent- I could run this queen team, Elmer Fudd could run this team, MVP-HA I wish Rodgers had this team, any QB wishe’s he had this team, thats why favre orchistrated this!!!!!! good for him, but he still aint a PACKER. Im cool w/all that!

  • Farve is GOD!

It makes me laugh that all the Fudge Packers went from worshipping this guy to hating him and why? Because your GM made a stupid mistake and thought he was gonna be slick? Farve is the best QB of all time and the Fudgers couldnt even hang onto him. Rodgers sucks and in time all the Fudger fans will realize it wasnt him to blame but the organization itself. I hope to see him do well with the Viking organization where he is truly appreciated. GO VIKINGS!!!! GO BEARS!!! Go FARVE!!! :-)

  • Stevegoat

Rodgers sucks…..now thats funny. Do you even watch the NFL? Anytime one of you Favre people use that line, you ruin your credibility. Nice try though.

Also, where the heck does GO BEARS come into this and what does that have to do with this issue.

  • Farve is GOD!

simply put…..At the end of Rodgers career well see who has the better stats. I will stand corrected if he even comes close. GB lost and it was a stupid decision period.

  • Farve is GOD!

and goat man I do watch NFL every single day it is on. I prefer the Vikings games because they have Farve now. :-)
