DJ, no, those are Packer fans that punch their wife after the Packers lose. Does it really seem to make sense to you that someone who loves Brett Favre would run this site?!!?!?! NO, I have nothing to do with this site.

You guys don't get it. It isn't about Brett wanting to play football, it is how he has handled himself during this whole soap opera, and the fact that he only wants to play for the Vikings. If you don't think he wants to be a Viking to stick it to GB, you are blind. Most fans supported Brett at the start of this. Most thought Brett was a god. They were ready to run management out of town for Brett. Most have realized that the good-ol'-boy, aw shucks Brett we thought we knew was somewhat of an act. Brett is very calculating, selfish, and knows how to use the drama to his advantage.

Where would the Packers be without Favre? Who knows...but where would Brett be without the Packers? How long would he have rotted on the bench in Atlanta? (He was failed on his physical during the trade...Wolf over-ruled the doctors. He also put his job on the line by giving a #1 for a former second round pick that had done nothing but almost drink himself off the team.) Would he be a multi-millionaire? Would other teams have stood by him through illegal painkiller addiction and abusing alcohol? Would others have put up with the insane interceptions and poor choices? Would other teams have put up with the retirement BS for as long as GB did? Would other fans been as supportive during the addictions, family tragedy, and charity causes. For some reason, the fans loved Deanna like they did Brett. They supported her during her cancer, and gave a lot of money to support her cancer charity after, in addition to Brett's foundation.

I'll always remember reading Sara White saying that Reggie came back because he thought he missed playing football, but he later realized what he missed was playing football for the Green Bay Packers.

A lot of Packer fans have only known Brett as the face of the team. But there are a lot of them that remember names like Randy White, Rich Campbell, and David Whitehurst. Trust me, we know what Brett did as a Packer, and what he meant to the city and team. That being said, I am a Packer fan, not a just a Favre fan. Brett has turned his back on the fans that loved him. Judas is a fair comparison at this point.
